Dave Bock is an Adelaide-based IT consultant with fifteen years of enterprise experience — from service desk to application development to leading teams on delivery projects. In 2026 he started a practice helping businesses solve technology problems: AI solutions that save hours, websites that bring in customers, SEO that replaces expensive agencies, and cybersecurity that protects what you've built. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Adelaide and builds with the same AI tools he implements for clients.

How I got here.

Fifteen years in IT and coaching have taught me that the most valuable thing you can do in a technical environment isn't have all the answers. It's ask the right questions and create space for others to do their best thinking.

I started on the service desk. From there the path moved through team leadership, major incident management, service management analysis, and eventually into ServiceNow application development — building custom applications, designing connector architectures, and developing the governance frameworks that make integrations sustainable.

Along the way I led developer teams on delivery projects. I ran sprint ceremonies, managed workload, and mentored people through technical challenges — not from a title, but from the work itself. I've found that the best outcomes come when you focus less on directing and more on enabling.

In 2026 I started building this practice alongside my day job — because the people who actually build with AI, not just read about it, are the ones who can help others get it working. I'm learning by doing and sharing what I find along the way.
