Work With Me
No packages. No pitch decks. No onboarding forms with 40 questions. Just a real conversation about where you're at, where you want to be, and whether I'm the right person to help get you there.
Who I work with
I work best with people who are ready to move. Not people who want a report — people who want traction.
Good fit
Probably not a fit
The experience
Simple by design. The complexity is in what we work on — not how we work together.
No intake form. No questionnaire. You tell me what's going on — where you're stuck, what you're trying to do, or what's not working. I listen, ask questions, and we figure out together if I can actually help. This first conversation costs nothing.
Before we start, we get clear on what a good outcome actually looks like for you. Not a vague goal — something concrete. That becomes the measure. Everything we do is pointed at it.
That might be a single focused session to unblock something specific. It might be a few weeks of hands-on work. Or ongoing coaching as things evolve. The format follows the need — not a predetermined package.
I don't disappear between sessions. If you said you'd do something, I'll ask about it. And if I said I'd look into something, I will. The work continues between the calls — that's where the real progress happens.
Engagement types
No fixed packages. The shape of the work is determined by what you actually need — not what fits a pricing tier.
A focused 90-minute session on a specific problem, decision, or question. Good for unblocking something concrete — a tool choice, a strategy call, a security concern.
Unblock a specific decision fast
A defined project over 2–6 weeks. We set a clear goal, work through it together, and wrap up when we've hit it. Enough time to actually move the needle.
Build capability or implement something real
Regular sessions over an extended period. For leaders navigating a sustained change — digital transformation, building AI capability, or shifting how their team operates.
Sustained change over months
What you can count on
If I think you're heading the wrong direction, I'll say so. Diplomatically — but clearly. You're not paying me to agree with you.
You work with me. Not a junior who'll report back. Every session, every email, every piece of thinking — that's me.
I do my homework. I'll know what we discussed, what you committed to, and what's changed. You shouldn't have to re-explain yourself.
I'm still building things — actively. The same tools, challenges, and thinking I coach you through, I use myself. That keeps me honest.
The coaching is shaped around your actual situation. Not a framework I've applied to 50 other clients with a find-and-replace on the name.
We'll know when we're done. I'm not trying to make you dependent on me — I'm trying to make you not need me.
Ready?
Tell me what you're working on. If I can help, I'll say so. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
